MARCH FELLOWSHIP MADNESS

2017

March Fellowship Madness a Success!

We did it! Thanks to our generous donors, we are able to support 24 fellowships. One of those fellowships is funded exclusively by donations from our Friends of ASOR. As in past years, we called upon our members and Friends to help increase the number of fellowships. We’re thrilled that you responded so generously, and now four more students will be able to go on a dig. In the fall, be sure to check the for reports from fellowship recipients to learn how they spent their field season.

If you donated to March Fellowships Madness, you supported archaeology in a very direct way. Every gift matters. 17³Ô¹Ïdoes not charge any administrative fee for gifts made during March Fellowship Madness, so 100% of your contribution will support students who have a demonstrated need.

  • Why Every Gift Matters
  • – Find out what some field archaeologists can’t go without
  • Where Are They Now? – Profiles of past fellowship recipients
  • “Why I fund a Heritage Scholarship” by Sheldon Fox
  • – Interviews with fellowship recipients in the field
  • – Part two of a series of fellowship recipient interviews
