[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The Honors and Awards Committee is an 17吃瓜standing committee with a three-year opening for one new member. 17吃瓜invites nominations, including self-nominations, from 17吃瓜members who are interested in being considered by the committee for this opening.
The Honors and Awards Committee is currently chaired by Laura Mazow. The 17吃瓜Bylaws state: This committee [Honors and Awards] will oversee all 17吃瓜honors. As the name suggests, this committee oversees ASOR鈥檚 efforts to recognize and reward individuals who have demonstrated notable service to the organization, as well as those who have produced exceptional recent scholarship (books and posters).
