Welcome, 17吃瓜2025 presenters! Whether you鈥檙e joining us in Boston or presenting virtually, 17吃瓜wishes to bring to your attention the following guidelines that apply to all presentations accepted to the 17吃瓜2025 Academic Program.
Key Deadline: November 7, 2025
- Virtual Presenters: Submit a pre-recorded MP4 video (20 minutes max). Presenters are expected to join their session live via Zoom for discussion after their recording is played.
- In-Person Presenters (Boston): Submit presentation slides (PPT or PDF) by this date; no video is required. Maximum file size of 1GB.
Session Format and Schedule
- Sessions and workshops will run Thursday鈥揝aturday, 8:15 AM鈥�6:30 PM (ET) in Boston.
- Papers: 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
- Workshops: 10-minute presentations; formats vary (consult organizers).
